Brit renews and expands cyber product

U.K.-based insurer and reinsurer Brit Ltd. has renewed and expanded its cyber consortium, Brit Cyber Attack Plus, which protects clients from the impact of cyber attacks, Reinsurance News reported. BCAP’s range of cyber coverage includes business interruption, cyber liability coverage, reputational harm, cyber extortion, breach response and data privacy. In 2022, BCAP wrote in excess of $100 million in gross written premiums and is likely to grow premium by up to 50% in 2023.
