Enabled Healthcare launches with a focus on remote monitoring

Enabled Healthcare, a new hybrid provider focused on patients with chronic diseases, has officially launched in Washington state, reports Fierce Healthcare. Enabled provides health monitoring and health care, partnering with assisted living facilities, residential care facilities and home care agencies to develop personalized care plans for patients. Patients on Medicaid, Medicare or self-pay can enroll for Enabled’s services.
