Flash flooding lashes Brazil

Heavy rains and flash flooding lashed Rio de Janeiro in Brazil on Feb. 7, causing damage to roads and buildings, and forcing the city to declare a red alert, Floodlist reported. Flooding has also affected the Greater Sao Paulo Region in recent days.
