A major fire engulfed Australia-based Refresh Plastics Pty Ltd.'s factory in Keysborough in south-east Melbourne on Feb. 7, destroying millions of dollars of stock and machinery, Nine News reported. Hazardous fumes blanketed the area for hours, triggering a warning for residents living in proximity to stay indoors.
