Senators introduce bipartisan bill to regulate PBMs

Two senators have reintroduced bipartisan legislation that would includes several reforms to pharmacy benefit managers, including prohibiting clawbacks of pharmacy payments, Fierce Healthcare reports. Sens. Maria Cantwell, D-Washington, and Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, reintroduced on Jan. 26 the Pharmacy Benefit Manager Transparency Act and the Prescription Pricing for the People Act.
