Balkans hit by severe flooding after unusual weather

Unseasonably hot weather and heavy rainfall have caused many rivers across the Balkans to burst their banks, causing dangerous flooding and forcing several people to evacuate, Euronews reported. Several roads and vast areas of farmland also remained underwater in Albania.
