Teladoc Health cuts 6% of non-clinician workforce in restructuring

Teladoc Health Inc. is laying off 300 employees, or 6% of its non-clinician workforce, Fierce Healthcare reports. According to an email from CEO Jason Gorevic to employees Jan. 18, the cutbacks are tied to the elimination of redundant roles born out of mergers and a companywide restructuring aimed at increasing profitability.
