EPIC hires aviation executive from Loomis

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants said Thursday it has hired former Loomis Co. executive Peter Schmitz as senior executive in its aviation practice.
He will report to Christine Sadofsky, executive managing director of EPIC’s entertainment and sports practice in the newly created role.
Mr. Schmitz, who is based in Boca Raton, Florida, most recently handled the JetSure USA product for Loomis and prior to that was aviation practice leader at Lockton Cos. LLC.
