Yeti Airlines' ATR aircraft with 72 people onboard crashes

A Nepal-based Yeti Airlines Pvt. Ltd. passenger aircraft crashed while landing on the runway of Pokhara International Airport on Jan. 15, killing all 68 passengers and four crew members, Zee News reported. Nepal has a poor air safety record, and the accident follows another crash in May 2022, which killed all 22 people onboard a Twin Otter 9N-AET plane.
