Climate change, cyber exclusions key concerns for insurers

UK-based law firm Reynolds Porter Chamberlain LLP cited cyber exclusions, climate change, the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war as well as environmental, social, and governance as the key sources of concern for insurers this year, Strategic Risk Europe reported. The law firm added that as company insolvencies increase in the economic downturn, directors and officers could face an increase in claims brought against them.
