Monogram Health raises $375 million, mainly from insurers

Monogram Health, a tech-enabled in-home kidney disease management company, announced Jan. 9 the close of $375 million in new funding to continue rapid deployment of its care delivery model and clinical services, reports Fierce Healthcare. Participating in the funding round was a slew of health care industry players: CVS Health Corp., Cigna Ventures, Humana Inc., Memorial Hermann Health System and SCAN.
