UK businesses face soaring cyber premiums

A survey by U.K.-based insurance buyer and risk expert Mactavish found that U.K. businesses are facing increasing cyber insurance premiums triggered by higher claim risks at a time when exposure to cyber attacks has increased, Reinsurance News reported. The survey also found that around a quarter of businesses feel that their insurer would not pay out on a cyber claim, highlighting falling confidence in insurers.
