Electronic makers face supply chain disruption from Chinese partners

India’s electronics and other manufacturing industries are facing supply chain issues stemming from staff shortages in China due to rising COVID-19 cases, in addition to the upcoming Chinese New Year, The Financial Express reported. These problems have led to challenges on the logistics front as shipments are taking longer than expected to arrive, severely affecting manufacturers that source most of their components from China.
