Strikes, weather disruption see $1.7 billion worth of orders returned

U.K. parcel delivery service ParcelHero Ltd. said that retailers saw around £1.5 billion ($1.78 billion) worth of Christmas orders returned to them due delays in traditional mail service, heavy snow and COVID-19 chaos in China, Internet Retailing reported. Post-Christmas returns on Jan. 3 were up over 25% compared to last year.
