Lawsuit brought by ex-UnitedHealth execs for underpayment closes

A case involving two former executives of United HealthCare Services inc. who sued the insurance company over allegations they were not paid enough for a billion-dollar business line they helped start has been closed, according to court records, the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal reports. Lawyers for both parties declined to comment on the outcome of the lawsuit, in which two former executives claimed they helped start a business that developed wearable glucose-monitoring devices but were terminated and forced to give up equity in the startup.
