Howden buys March Risk Solutions

Broker Howden Iberia Correduria de Seguros SA has acquired Spanish insurance broker March Risk Solutions Correduria de Seguros y Reaseguros SA from investment bank Banca March SA, for an undisclosed sum, Verdict reported. Following the transaction, Howden Iberia hopes to generate more than €100 million ($106 million) in income, €700 million in gross written premiums and employ over 1,000 staff.
