Bosnia insurers to seek shareholders' approval on merger

Bosnia and Herzegovina-based insurers ASA Osiguranje dd and Central Osiguranje dd will seek their shareholders' approval on Jan. 16, 2023 for the merger, SeeNews reported. Under the deal, ASA is expected to assimilate all the rights and obligations of Central Osiguranje.
