Bomb cyclone wreaks havoc in Canada

A winter storm swept across Canada on Dec. 23, bringing heavy snowfall and strong winds that caused power disruptions and canceled flights across the country, Reuters reported. Nearly 320 flights or about a third of all scheduled arrivals and departures were cancelled at Canada's Toronto's Pearson airport, with another 200 flights delayed.
