Gallagher to acquire benefit consultant Buck Consultants for $660 million

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has agreed to buy Buck Consultants for $660 million, reports BenefitsPro. Under the agreement, Gallagher will acquire partnership interests in the firm from BCHR Holdings and its subsidiaries. Buck is a provider of retirement, HR, and employee benefits consulting and administration in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
