Singapore-based offshore rig construction firm Keppel Offshore & Marine Ltd. has agreed to pay approximately $65 million in fines and damages in Brazil to settle a 2016 bribery case, The Maritime Executive reports. The case relates to the firm's former agent Zwi Skornicki who made corrupt payments to officials at Brazilian oil company Petroleo Brasileiro SA to win contracts.
