French company files criminal complaint against former chief

France-based care home company Orpea SA has filed a criminal complaint against its former chief executive Yves Le Masne as it continues to investigate a scandal which includes allegations of potential patient mistreatment and financial misconduct, U.S. News reports citing Reuters. The complaint includes facts which could qualify as misappropriation of company assets or funds, breach of trust, complicity, concealment or money laundering.
