Gallia County, Ohio, commissioners formally adopted a new health incentive resolution that will allow certain county employees to obtain health insurance outside of the county, potentially saving the county tens of thousands of dollars, reports the River Cities Tribune and Register. The commission will offer a cash incentive of up to $2,000 on the last payday of November 2023 to employees who obtain health insurance from a source other than the county health plan.
