Pen Underwriting establishes claims hub in Chelmsford

U.K.-based Pen Underwriting Ltd. has launched a new regional claims hub in Chelmsford, England dedicated to the management of commercial property and liability claims, The Bharat Express News reports. As part of the investment, Pen has appointed two experienced technical leaders for liability and commercial property claims, as well as a specialist in large and complex liability claims, complementing its existing team in Manchester.
