Gallagher acquires Australian aviation insurance broker

Insurance broker Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has acquired specialist aviation insurance broker, Aviation Insurance Australia, Nasdaq reported. The acquisition will help Gallagher expand its footprint in Australia and will provide it with cross-selling opportunities in the region.
