Georgia gets its first reinsurance company

Georgia-based property and casualty insurance company Aldagi will start underwriting inwards reinsurance for all nonlife insurance products in the region, becoming the first reinsurer based in the country, Xprimm reported. Aldagi’s insurance and reinsurance businesses will be managed independently.
