Merger to create Bosnia’s largest insurer

Bosnia and Herzegovina-based insurers ASA Osiguranje dd and Central Osiguranje dd will officially merge on Dec. 31, with the former to assimilate all the rights and obligations of Central Osiguranje, Xprimm reported citing osiguranje.hr. Following the merger, ASA Osiguranje will become the largest insurer in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
