Fronting insurer names new CEO

Chicago-based fronting insurer Concert Group Holdings Inc. on Tuesday named John Hendrickson CEO, replacing Jonathan Reiss.
Mr. Hendrickson, who stepped down as CEO of specialty insurer StarStone Group in 2020, previously held executive positions at Validus Holdings Ltd. and Swiss Re Ltd.
Mr. Reiss was named CEO of Concert when it was launched by a group of captive management and insurance executives with private equity backing in 2021. He will continue to serve on the company’s board, a Concert statement said.
