Acrisure reorganizes insurance leadership

Acrisure LLC on Tuesday announced a reorganization of its insurance brokerage leadership, naming eight executives to head its various operations.

The team of executives will report to Grahame Millwater, president of global insurance, the Grand Rapids, Michigan-based brokerage said in a statement.

Matthew Kirk, who joined Acrisure from Hartford Financial Services Inc. earlier this year, was named president, North America, retail.

Andy Schutt, previously a partner of the brokerage, was named head of global insurance operations, where he will lead operations management and financial reporting.

Bob Arowood, who joined Acrisure via its acquisition of Appalachian Underwriters Inc. earlier this year, was named president, North America, P&C wholesale.

Steve Brown, who joined the company through its acquisition of Hoffman Brown Co. last year, was named head of private risk advisors.

Jason Howard, who joined Acrisure through its purchase of Beach & Associates in 2018, was named president, international.

Seth Denson, who joined the company via its acquisition of GDP Advisors LLC in 2019, was named head of employee benefits.

And Mike Natalizio, who joined Acrisure when it bought HNI Risk Services Inc. in 2019, was named head of partner engagement and transformation.

Acrisure, which secured fresh private equity funding in May, is the world’s eighth-largest insurance brokerage, according to Business Insurance’s most recent ranking. It has grown significantly through acquisitions over the past eight years.
