Qatar Insurance’s subsidiary signs merger deal with Omani insurer

Qatar Insurance Co. QSPC’s subsidiary, Oman Qatar Insurance Co. has entered into a merger agreement with Oman-based Vision Insurance SAOG, Qatar Tribune reported. Pursuant to the agreement, Vision Insurance will merge with Oman Qatar Insurance and all its assets and liabilities will be transferred to Oman Qatar Insurance.
