Hong Kong unveils roadmap for development of insurance sector

Hong Kong has unveiled new roadmap for insurance sector development that outlines the local government’s vision, mission and targeted policy measures to make Hong Kong an insurance hub and a global risk management center, Asia Insurance Review reported. The government intends to make the local insurance market more accessible through proactive policy initiatives and legislation, and leverage Hong Kong’s advantages under the “One Country, Two Systems” principle.
