Owners consider sale of insurance broker BMS Group

U.K.-based insurance broker BMS Group Ltd.’s owners are reportedly mulling the sale of the brokerage – a transaction which would value BMS at more than £600 million ($720 million), Windsor Star reported citing Bloomberg. The owners, British Columbia Investment Management Corp. and Preservation Capital Partners Ltd., are reportedly working with Evercore Inc. to evaluate strategic options for BMS Group.
