Contract negotiations have stalled between UnitedHealthcare Inc. and Albuquerque, New Mexico-based Lovelace Health System, reports the Albuquerque Journal. According to a Lovelace spokesperson, a break between the two organizations could affect up to 13,400 UnitedHealthcare members, including 9,700 Medicare Advantage patients. The current contract between United and Lovelace’s hospitals is set to expire in January.
