OneDigital, an Atlanta-based benefits broker, has acquired The Fiducia Benefits Group of Brainerd, Minnesota, reports Investment News. Fiducia, an employee-benefits firm, operates in nine states. The firm offers a full suite of employee benefits solutions specializing in large group, self-insured, and customized benefit plans.
