Uniqa’s property and casualty premiums up nearly 6%

Austria-based insurer Uniqa Insurance Group AG reported a 5.5% year-on-year increase in property and casualty insurance premiums written to €2.83 billion ($2.94 billion) in the third quarter, Reinsurance News reported. Total premiums written grew by 4.3% to €5.03 billlion, with increases recorded across all business lines.
