VIG records 13.6% growth in premiums

Austria-based insurer Vienna Insurance Group AG’s total premium increased 13.6% year-on-year to €9.5 billion ($9.9 billion) in the third quarter of the year, including the results from recently acquired Hungarian and Turkish insurers, Reinsurance News reported. Pre-tax profits increased 10% to €413.4 million.
