Hackers sell tiremaker Continental’s stolen data for $50 million

German tire and automotive parts manufacturer, Continental AG is investigating a cyber attack on its systems in August and the data stolen by the hackers after reports of the data being sold on dark web for $50 million, Reuters reported citing Handelsblatt. The hackers are reportedly selling Continental’s data, including its budget, investment and strategy plans, as the company has declined to pay ransom.
