Insurance broker Aston Lark Ireland has acquired Irish insurance brokerage William Lyons Insurances Ltd. and its wholly owned subsidiary J.C. Daly & Co Insurances Ltd., Verdict reported. William Lyons and J.C. Daly together offer commercial and personal insurance.
