Thai insurance sector growth to stagnate in 2023

Thailand’s Office of Insurance Commission predicts local insurance market’s growth to be flat in 2023 with a combined gross written premium of 890 billion Thai baht ($24.8 billion) – a figure that is very close to this year’s projected total premium, Asia Insurance Review reported. Thai insurers are expected to record about THB886 billion in direct insurance premiums this year.
