Polish insurance broker acquires Marsh-owned brokerage

Polish insurance broker Unilink SA has acquired 80% stake in Czech Republic-based brokerage INSIA a.s. from Marsh & McLennan Cos. Inc., Xprimm reported. With the acquisition, Unilink is a step closer to its aim of forming the largest insurance sales platform in Central and Eastern Europe. INSIA is one of the largest insurance and credit brokers in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Romania.
