Alliant to acquire HR services consultant FutureSense

Alliant Insurance Services Inc. has acquired FutureSense LLC, a national provider of HR, compensation, and organizational development services, the Valdosta Daily Times reports. Ladera Ranch, California-based FutureSense and its national team of consultants will join the Alliant family of companies and continue operating under its current name and brand.
