Insurers in Canada turning to alternative capital markets: Aon

Analysts at U.K.-based Aon PLC said that insurers and reinsurers in Canada are increasingly turning to the alternative capital markets to navigate challenging conditions, Reinsurance News reported. Although the Canadian market ended 2021 with positive results, this has not offset the poor results and returns reinsurers have observed in recent years.
