Half of Americans unaware of virtual care, but users report satisfaction: Study

Around half of Americans have not heard of virtual primary care, but those who use it find it appealing, a survey commissioned by Elevance Health Inc. found, Becker’s Payer Issues reports. In the survey, published Oct. 31, 52% of respondents said they had never heard of virtual primary care, and around 32% of respondents reported having used the service before.  Among those who had used virtual primary care, 94% said they were satisfied with the experience.
