Marsh McLennan Agency acquires Tennessee firm

Marsh McLennan Agency, a unit of Marsh LLC, said Wednesday it has bought Knoxville, Tennessee-based Bradley Insurance Agency.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded in 1972 by Steve Bradley and acquired by his sons Kendall and Kevin in 2014, Bradley Insurance places commercial and personal lines coverage.

Bradley Insurance has six employees, all of whom will be joining MMA.
