Stringent COVID-19 measurers implemented at Apple Inc.’s main supplier, Foxconn Technology Co. Ltd.’s Chinese factory in Zhengzhou, will reportedly cut iPhone production by as much as 30% in November, Reuters reported. Foxconn’s largest factory in Zhengzhou, which employs about 200,000 people, has been rocked by discontent over stringent measures to curb the spread of COVID-19, with several workers fleeing over the weekend.
