6.4-magnitude quake shuts airport operations, causes damage in Philippines

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said that a 6.4-magnitude earthquake struck Philippines’ Abra province on Oct. 25, prompting the suspension of operations at Laoag International Airport, Hindustan Times reported. The quake also caused power outages and infrastructural damages and injured more than 25 people.
