The Hilb Group has acquired Winston-Salem, North Carolina-based Allegacy Benefit Solutions, reports Insurance Business America. The acquisition expands Hilb’s footprint in the Southeast and bolsters its expertise in the employee benefits sector. The Allegacy team will join the Hilb Group’s Southeast regional operations.
