Axa XL promotes Rose Hall to head of innovation, Americas

Axa XL Insurance, a unit of Axa SA, said Thursday that Head of Construction Innovation Rose Hall has been named head of innovation, Americas.

The insurer additionally announced it has launched an underwriting innovation office in the Americas to be headed by Hall.

In her new role, Ms. Hall reports to Donna Nadeau, chief underwriting office for the Americas.

Axa XL’s Americas CEO Joe Tocco said the office represents a dedicated, regional resource to help make strategic partnerships, deploy innovation across business lines and align with Axa Group’s innovation plans.

Under Ms. Hall’s leadership, the Americas underwriting innovation office will support functions in the Americas including client distribution, underwriting and risk engineering/consulting, a statement said.

Ms. Hall joined Axa XL in 2015 as a construction risk engineer.
