Tryg posts over 6% growth in premium in third quarter

Denmark-based insurer Tryg AS’ premiums increased by more than 6% year-on-year in the third quarter of the year, driven by growth in its commercial and private insurance businesses, Reinsurance News reported. The insurer also reported 85% growth in technical results to 1.8 billion Danish kroner ($240 million), driven by positive top-line development.
