Singaporean insurtech buys majority stake in Indonesian insurance broker

Singapore-based insurance technology company Bolttech has acquired a majority stake in Indonesian insurance broker Axle Asia PT, Verdict reported. Axle Asia offers corporate and employee benefits insurance.
