Typhoon causes heavy floods, damage and power outage

Typhoon Noru made landfall in Vietnam on Sept. 28, causing heavy floods and property damage in the areas such as Danang and Quang Nam and forcing 10 airports to suspend operations, UK Time News reported. The typhoon caused widespread power outages that affected more than 500,000 households.
